Mr Ruan was the best experience one could ever hope to have. It seemed that our purchase was way more complicated than we had anticipated--HOA requirements were very stressful, but Mr Ruan was the soul of patience and helpfulness. He guided us every step of the way and was always available to answer questions and many times actually interceded on our behalf. We believe that Mr Ruan went way beyond what any regular agent would have done. He is the best.
