Maximiliano A. Ricca was born and raised in Argentina, where he studied the career of Business Administration, in 2002 moved to United States and started his Real Estate Career, working as a Sales Associate for Ocean View Int’l Realty at their Sunny Isles office. There, he was then given the opportunity to lead as a Sales Manager at the Hollywood Beach and Fort Lauderdale branch, closing multi-million dollars in transactions.
He moved back to Argentina in 2008, where he graduated on Real Estate at the University of Moron in 2011.
In 2010 he was appointed as the Director of Sales for Fortune International Developments at their Buenos Aires office achieving over 30 Million Dollars on Sales during his years on the position.
In 2014 he joined International Sales Group (ISG) to open an office in Nordelta, Buenos Aires and was appointed Director of ISG Argentina, representing pre-construction developments in Sunny Isles, Brickell, and Doral.
In 2017 he joined Prodigy Network, a Real Estate Company from New York that was leading the Crowdfunding Business on Commercial Real Estate in New York and Chicago. Mr. Ricca oversaw the relationship with new Investors from South America, closing over 8 million dollars in crowdfunding deals during those years.
During his professional career Mr. Ricca has completed multiple courses and training suited to serve real estate buyer and sellers.

Maximiliano A. Ricca is married, lives in Hollywood Beach with his spouse and a 6-year-old son, with whom he enjoys playing on the beach, biking, and relaxing under a palm tree
